What does “no RTO surprises” actually mean for my day-to-day?It means we built our entire business model around distributed teams, and we aren’t looking back. We will never pull the rug out from under you with a mandatory return-to-office order. You have the permanent autonomy to design your workspace and your life around what makes you most productive.

How do you handle asynchronous communication across so many time zones?We deliberately avoid “this meeting could have been an email” culture. We document everything thoroughly, use clear project management tools, and protect deep-work time blocks. You aren’t expected to be online at midnight just because a teammate is starting their day.

Is the “Take What You Need” PTO policy actually utilized?Yes, because our leadership team models the behavior. We measure your impact and the outcomes you deliver, not the number of days your Slack status is green. Taking time off to recharge is actively celebrated here.
