Create your free account
Using just your browser you can record anything with Panopto. To start recording, click the Create button, then select Record a video. Click the browser prompt to allow Panopto to access your camera and microphone.
Click the audio, video, screen and apps icons to select the desired audio, video, and screen source you wish to record.
Place your presentation into slideshow mode, click the red record button, minimize the window and start presenting. When finished, click the record button to stop recording.
Once you’ve finished recording, you can easily edit it. Select the “Edit” button, and Panopto’s built-in video editor will automatically appear. You can edit out undesired moments, insert videos, add file attachments, and insert quizzes. Any edits you make can be undone at any time.
To securely share a recording, select the “Share” button and enter emails to invite people to view it. Viewers can watch it on-demand from anywhere at any time, plus they can search inside it for the exact moment you said something and jump to that moment with just a click.
