Ms. Bennett has a proven track record of driving organizational success through talent attraction, employee development, performance management, and HR policy design. She is dedicated to fostering growth and excellence in all teams at Panopto. Her past tenure at industry-leading companies and award-winning employers, including Realtor.com and Taylor Morrison, underscores her commitment to fostering a culture of people-centered operations to make the workplace a space where employees grow and succeed. Ms. Bennett holds a Bachelor of Science in psychology and Business Administration from Texas A&M University and a Master of Science in counseling from Sam Houston State University. She also holds HRPM, PHR and SHRM-CP certifications.
