1. Trustworthy: We do not use customer content, prompts, or AI outputs to train AI models shared across customers without explicit permission. We may use data that has been irreversibly anonymized and aggregated, so that it does not identify any customer or individual, to develop and improve our services.

2. Secure: We ensure that customer data stays protected within our cloud environment and is safeguarded through tight governance.

3. Knowledgeable: We build AI models with trained, knowledgeable professionals and implement measures to minimize biases and promote equitable user outcomes.
