While we cannot offer students direct, in-person help, we encourage anybody using Panopto’s video platform to look for a solution on our dedicated, multi-lingual support page. There you can find helpful articles to troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
Login help
How to sign in to Panopto
- Navigate to https://login.panopto.com/
- Enter your email address
- Choose the Panopto site you would like to log into—all Panopto sites associated with your email address will be displayed on the screen
If your account is not found, double-check your email address for typos and confirm you are using the email address associated with your institution.
If you’re still experiencing issues, please contact your Panopto administrator(s) for more information on how to access your Panopto site. If you are unsure who this is at your institution, we recommend reaching out to your instructor or IT administrator(s).
Note: Our support team works directly with Panopto administrator(s)—we’re unable to assist individual users with login issues or other account queries.
