This Week In Ideas Shared With A Panopto Video — June 20, 2014

Information wants to be shared.

In a world where the volume of data grows by a factor of 10 annually, where more content is produced in a minute than could be consumed in a lifetime, simple access to ideas is no longer sufficient.

Knowledge today needs a patron, someone who can introduce it to the right audience at the right moment, and ensure it makes the right connection. As a profession, we call that “teaching.” But as an act, we call it “sharing.”

Fortunately, it’s never been easier to share an idea — even with audiences spread out over distance and time. This week saw an incredible number of educational and entertaining videos presented with the Panopto video platform. And in the spirit of passing it on, these are just a few of the ideas shared online with Panopto’s multi-camera video recording software.
