John Shrader

John Shrader brings over 24 years of experience leading regional, national, and global sales teams to drive significant business growth through SaaS, cloud, and on-premise deployments. With more than 14 years of expertise in private equity-backed technology companies, John has consistently identified growth opportunities, enhanced customer engagement, and sustained competitive advantage. His leadership of high-performing sales teams has resulted in the consistent overachievement of sales targets across diverse markets. Prior to joining Panopto, John most recently served as Chief Revenue Officer at Arcoro, where he successfully led transformative revenue growth strategies while strengthening customer relationships. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Education from the University of Iowa and a Master’s degree in Educational Management/Leadership from Seattle University.
