• Dr Ashwin Mehta, Founder of Mehtadology, is an AI Strategist, thought leader, management consultant and learning technology leader. He has worked for 14 years at a senior level across transport, consulting, medical and pharmaceutical sectors. He holds an MBA and a PhD in learning technology adoption, and his experience includes innovation strategy, data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence. His consulting practice Mehtadology specializes in AI and advanced technology in learning.
• Joost de Leij, Founder of Limelights, is a strategist and facilitator with 18+ years of experience supporting leadership teams at frontrunner and Fortune 500 companies. Based in Amsterdam and working globally, he specializes in strategy, leadership, and artificial intelligence, helping teams navigate complexity, align faster, and drive strategic priorities. Joost designs and leads leadership off-sites, retreats, AI trainings, and large-scale summits, bringing a human-centered, high-energy approach grounded in innovation, systems thinking, and behavioural science.
