The Future of Learning Isn’t More Training –
It’s Accessible Knowledge + AI
Join Panopto and a panel of L&D and talent leaders for our webinar, and discover how to shift from “more training” to using AI to make learning more accessible.

Many organizations assume that low course utilization signals a training problem. In reality, the issue often lies elsewhere: employees don’t lack learning opportunities — they lack access to the right knowledge at the right time. The good news? This is solvable. By shifting from “more training” to enabling learning in the flow of work, L&D can become a true driver of performance and change.
At the same time, AI is reshaping the workforce — and with it, the expectations of L&D. Learning leaders are always asked to deliver more than resources allow. The challenge now is to understand how AI can expand capacity, unlock smarter approaches to impact, and evolve the profession itself.
Topics we will explore:
Training vs. Access
Why utilization rates as low as 10% may not reflect a lack of learning engagement, but a lack of accessible, contextualized knowledge.
Learning in the Flow of Work
How to embed knowledge and support directly into daily workflows so employees can apply what they need, when they need it.
A Smarter Approach to Impact
L&D is consistently asked to do more than seems possible. We’ll explore how AI not only reshapes the workforce but also redefines the role of L&D — helping leaders focus on meaningful impact rather than volume.
Why this webinar matters:
For learning leaders, talent strategists, and change managers, the shift from traditional training to just-in-time knowledge and AI-enabled learning in the flow of work is transformative. This session will explore how L&D can evolve alongside workforce shifts, moving beyond course delivery to become a strategic enabler of agility, performance, and growth.
